1 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between bet visa and all users of this platform. By creating an account or starting to use bet visa's services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these terms.

2 Membership and Account

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be suspended and any bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All bet visa services are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the services.

• If a user is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bet visa is ৳200. Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other scheduled banks). After a successful deposit, it may take a standard processing time for the funds to appear in your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. The payment method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the method used for the deposit. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Payment methods registered under anyone other than the account holder may not be used. If a third-party transaction is detected, the withdrawal will be suspended and investigated.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bet visa offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning in this example ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are not direct cash; the specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• bet visa reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to use a promotion more than once will be treated as fraud.

5.3 VIP Cashback

bet visa's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.5% for Silver and 0.8% for Gold. Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week. Example: as a Silver member, a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will earn ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets are considered final once confirmed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bet visa reserves the right to void that bet. Payments will be made based on the official results.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits are set for various games and events. These limits may vary depending on the type of game and the member's VIP tier. Details of specific limits can be found on the relevant game page.

6.3 Disputed Results

If there is an objection to any result, the bet visa support team must be notified within 72 hours of the result being published. No objections will be accepted after this period.

6.4 Special Sports Betting Rules

Bets on cricket, football and other sports are settled in accordance with the international rules of those sports. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is automatically voided and the staked amount is returned.

7 Fraud and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of bet visa's services:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Deliberately using low-risk strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Using software, bots or automated methods to access the services.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bet visa reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of breach of these terms, without prior notice.

8.2 Account Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before submitting a closure request, all ongoing bets must be settled and any eligible balance may be withdrawn.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. The policy regarding the balance of inactive accounts can be confirmed with the support team.
